Attention all 6th Grade Students

All students must show proof of their 7th grade immunizations, including the TDAP vaccination, before returning to school in the fall. Students will not be allowed to attend school without this requirement. Please contact your child's primary care physician, a local clinic or call LAUSD Wellness Center at (213) 202-7590 to schedule an appointment for your child as soon as possible.

The TDaP shot may be given at private physician’s offices or, for those without health insurance, at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health at no cost. For referrals to no-cost or low-cost immunizations, dial 2-1-1, an information line from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. The District’s Nursing Services also holds regular immunization clinics throughout the year for those who are uninsured, Medi-Cal recipients, or Alaskan or Native American students.

Students who have not met the TDaP requirement will not be admitted to campus.
