The School Site Council looks at student data and school information, identifies student needs and areas for improvement, and participates in the creation/revision of the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) to ensure the academic success of all students.
School Site Council members are elected to:
• Participate in important decision making that can bring positive benefits to students
• Represent the entire school community and take responsibility for the achievement of all students.
• Learn about school governance and funding.
