Peary Middle School will be taking 135 - 7th grade students to see MJ the Musical at the Pantages Hollywood Theater on Saturday January 27th.
The first 135 students to submit this Google form will be given a permission slip to attend. The Google form can be found in Schoology under your English course or on the QR code in front of the Title 1 office.
Students can pick up the field trip slip from Mrs. Hurst in the Title 1 office.
The permission slip must be returned to Mrs. Hurst by Thursday, January 11th. Submitting the google form and not the permission slip will not guarantee a spot for the field trip.
